The Channel Partner Alliance was built to help MSPs, VARs, ISVs and ITSPs to improve best business practices through a peer-group “mastermind” experience.
On successfully joining the program, you will be matched to a like-minded group of 8 peers where shared interests are balanced with sufficiently diverse markets to prevent potential conflicts as you drive towards success.
The program commences with a live or virtual “mastermind” group session that is professionally facilitated by a Coach where introductions are made, relationships start to develop and the group can build a consensus on those topics where external, expert support and team working can achieve transformational change! As one outcome from the session, the group will provisionally agree those Mastermind Coaches who they would like to attend future Workshops. From the range of Coaches available, the group may wish to focus on specific topics or to spread the subject matter for broader impact.
This will set the generate roadmap for the group to undertake during the first year! Of course, the group can decide to adjust along the way as they needs evolve.
Dependent on the membership level selected, the number of Coach supported Workshops will vary as will the provision of interim “virtual” sessions, each designed to maintain focus and momentum.
In addition to the shared component of the program, all participants will have access to a defined number of virtual, one-to-one Coaching sessions which can be selected to support group themes or pursue more specific areas of interest.
